Arriving at the Expo
When arriving at the EXPO you must check in to get your booth number. All open invoices must be paid before you enter the Expo hall.
Schedule
7:00 am – Pre-party and special vendor set up
9:00 am – 1:00 pm – Vendor set up – You may show up during this time at your discretion.
11:00 am – 1:00 pm – Buffet networking lunch will be available
1:30 pm – 2:00 pm – Expo kick off party!
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Expo floor open (please do not break down early)
Who is Coming to the EXPO?
-Free to the public – Roughly 750 people will come through.
-We ask that all our booths and sponsors advertise to their clients, associates, networking groups, friends, and family. Ask them to come and see you at the Davis Chamber Expo! Download social media images and a flyer here.
-Please join the event on Facebook and SHARE!
-Everyone who attends the Expo needs to register through the attendee link/QR. We want an accurate count of people who come and this is how one enters the raffle drawing.
Raffle
-We ask that all vendors bring a raffle prize valued at $75 to $100. Please wrap it up and INCLUDE your business and contact information. We will take your raffle prize at the door and label it with your company.
-The raffle brings fun to the Expo. Vendors and the public are welcome to join the raffle!
-Everyone who comes to the Expo will register through the QR code. This will also put you in the raffle. Prizes will be drawn every 15 minutes from that list and put on a drop down screen.
Vendor Lunch
-Lunch will be available from 11:00 am-1:30 pm.
-The lunch buffet is meant to be a networking opportunity.
-Platinum and Elite sponsors include two lunches, 10×10 booths include two lunches, 8×8 booths include one lunch.
-If you would like to purchase more lunches, we will need to know by NOON on April 22nd. Please email Amberlee here and she will send you an invoice which must be paid before lunch tickets are issued. They are $40.
When you check in you will be given meal tickets according to your booth size, and any additional lunches purchased.
-We do not need the names of the people that will be using the meal tickets.
Before you enter the lunchroom, we will collect your meal ticket. You must have a ticket to participate in lunch.
Booth Information
-YOU MUST CHECK IN TO RECEIVE YOUR BOOTH NUMBER
-All open invoices must be paid before setting up
-We will have a map of the expo floor
-Platinum and Elite sponsor booths come with one 8×8 table and two chairs
-10×10 booths come with one 8×8 table and two chairs
-8×8 booths come with one 6×6 table and two chairs
-All booths will have a tall pipe and drape on the back. The sides of the booth will have pipe and drape which will be 4ft high. Please bring hooks for signs if you need them.
