Our Board of Governors toured the Wasatch Integrated Waste Management new Municipal Solid Waste Materials Recovery Facility today and learned what happens to the waste we create. Their intricate machinery and systems to turn our garbage into energy, instead of burning it. The Material Recovery Facility is the first step in responsible management of municipal solid waste. That step of separating the waste into useful resource streams is what makes Wasatch Integrated stand out in the industry.
