The Lakesiders of the Davis Chamber of Commerce had the privilege of breaking ground for the new Clearfield Station Transit-Oriented Community. This development is 60 acres located at 1250 State St. in Clearfield, and will include residential, retail, and commercial space, along with lots of green space.
