Leadership Institute at Layton Hospital

Today we met at Intermountain Layton Hospital and had a great class on Conflict Resolution taught by Kevin Cummings from Davis Technical College. We got some great tips on how to handle conflict at work, with our families, and in other situations. Afterward, we went on a hospital tour with the CEO, Judy Williamson, who taught us about all of the amazing things this hospital provides. One thing we would recommend looking into is their new birthing units that are meant for moms who want more of a home birthing experience in a hospital. Great day!!
