Western Sports Park Groundbreaking

The Western Sports Park is a $64 million dollar investment by Davis County and will take the place of the fairgrounds and the Legacy Event Center. This is a 55-acre campus that will include indoor basketball, volleyball, wrestling, and dance as well as 750,000 SF of playing fields, and will draw people to sporting events from all over the western region. Lt. Governor Deidre Henderson spoke at the groundbreaking today, as well as County Commissioner Bob Stevenson and other county officials.
